The holidays can be a rough time. Sure, there are lots of sweet treats and presents, but there are also awkward dinner conversations with family members and run-ins with high school exes. You need something to help get you through, perhaps a stacked dance music festival.
Vancouver, Canada’s Contact Festival has warmed the winter months for locals and tourists since 2012. This Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 26 and 27, it celebrates its sixth year with a proper rager and two days of music headlined by bass gods, trance icons, techno outliers, bass-funk booty-movers, and more.
The two-day festival announced performances by Marshmello, Armin van Buuren, Adventure Club, Carnage, Tchami, REZZ and more. Two-day general admission passes go on pre-sale Wednesday, Sep. 27, at 11 a.m. PST, and same time for the regular sale Friday, Sep. 29 and visit Contact Winter Music Festival online for more details.
