Trippy encompasses laid back elements of future bass, but coupled with the energy of dynamic beats, an undeniably addictive hook and unrivalled showstopping melody. It’s pushing boundaries within the electronic realm and set to get the heavyweight DJ elite supporting it this summer.

KO:YU says: My fellow German buddies of THE CLIQQUE sent me a demo idea of ‘Trippy’ that they made and I instantly got excited by the melodies so I decided to jump on it and produce the song! It was a cool experience for me to step out of my comfort zone and work on a Trap and Future Bass influenced song in 150 bpm for once. This song is all about positive vibes and the magic chemistry of falling in love. Listen loud and have fun!

Previously known as Deniz Koyu, the producer took a new direction and started the KO:YU project. A true sound innovator, KO:YU has been playing piano since he was 5 years old and lost himself in his youth becoming obsessed with second-hand synths and drum machines.

Having honed his perfectionist, creative niche, KO:YU has become the producer of the moment with collaborations with Alesso, Fedde Le Grand and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike under his belt, as well as remixes for The Chainsmokers, Galantis, David Guetta and Zedd.

German duo THE CLIQQUE, have become one of the most talked about producer duos since their genesis in 2015. Turning heads of the DJ elite including Afrojack, Nicky Romero and Fedde Le Grand, this collaboration with KO:YU is about to catapult them to even higher heights.
