Sander Van Doorn & D.O.D Urge You To ‘Let It Go’ On Intensely Exciting New Collaboration

Sander van Doorn teams up with UK “future jack” pioneer D.O.D this month for an incredible meeting of minds. ‘Let It Go‘ takes Sander‘s legendary euphoric, atmospheric sounds and mashes them powerfully against this rising talent’s feel-good, energetic grooves—with explosive results.

The track fires into life after an atmospheric tease, with a direct approach employed instead of a gradual build. Driving beats bring the energy as a distorted electro bassline hammers away relentlessly. Infectious rhythmic fills and vocal cuts take things higher before a mini breakdown pushes the track into overdrive. The massive main break delivers scintillating chord progressions, huge rushes of reverbs, twinkling pianos and an almost unbearable tension. Just when you think things can’t get any more intense, the beat slams back in with a classic plucked synth sound recalling euphoric ’90s trance. It all makes for one hell of a ride that is guaranteed to leave you wanting more.

D.O.D makes for a brilliant collaborator for van Doorn. His huge single ‘Glow‘ made a massive splash on Axtone, while his Afrojack collab ‘Started‘ showed that he had a knack for collaborative efforts too. His latest single ‘Need You‘ with Swedish duo Rebecca & Fiona is another major anthem, and summer has seen him bring his wild decks & FX sets alongside Axwell /\ Ingrosso in New York as well as at TomorrowlandCreamfieldsParookaville and other dates across Europe and Asia.

It’s been a big summer for van Doorn too, with more killer Purple Haze releases and live shows, and the news that ‘No Words‘ with Belle Humble has now reached 10 million streams on Spotify. This weekend sees him return to his regular home at Creamfields in the UK as well as Mysteryland in Holland. Moldova, Ibiza and Taiwan follow in September.
