Takeoff is a cosmic blend of progressive and bass house, with underlying old school elements that are fused together to create the ultimate dance anthem. Funky vocal chops are met with a surging build up that breaks down into a mind-blowing, grooving bassline amongst retro synth melodies.

Speaking on the release Matisse & Sadko tell us: “For the time being we’re trying to experiment in different genres combining the un-combinable at first thought. For ‘Takeoff’, in particular, we blended the old school 90s vibe with massive club drop.”

Since the start of their career, fellow siblings and internationally acclaimed producers Matisse & Sadko have been massively shaping their genres within dance music, creating anthems that have resonated with dance music lovers worldwide.

Impressive releases have included their 2013 hit with Steve Angello on SLVR as well as The Break Through The Silence EP with Martin Garrix surpassing 42 million on-demand streams and sky-rocketing their career to a whole new level.

Such successes have led the duo to curate and release on their own label MONoMARK as well as performing at a plethora of festivals and events regularly including Tomorrowland, Ultra, Omnia Las Vegas and Ushuaia Ibiza.

Now Tiësto welcomes the brothers to Musical Freedom for Takeoff – and Matisse & Sadko are certainly taking off.
