STAY OVER Releases New Single “IDKATL”

Stay Over who just released his new single “IDKATL” (I Don’t Know About This Life.)

Check out the track which asserts that uncertainty and self-doubt is a normal part of what it means to be human with its lo-fi bedroom beats, arena-ready guitars, and skyscraping choruses. Stay Over is definitely one to watch and has been getting some key, early support from Spotify – he’s also working with and is signed to GRAMMY-nominated producer Cisco Adler’s label. He’s releasing a string of singles this year that cut right to the heart of his positive message about mental health, knowing you’re not alone, and overcoming emotional battles.

Stay Over’s recent singles “Breaking Glass” and “Happy” (which has organically amassed over 875k Spotify streams and was just featured globally by Snapchat) were recently featured on Spotify’s New Alt and New Music Friday playlists. Stay Over also recently teamed up with Jutes for their single “GIRLS.” Drawing inspiration from a diverse array of influences such as Kid CudiDeath Cab for Cutie, and even ShakespeareStay Over places human connection at the forefront of his art to explore deeply personal themes of love, loss, happiness, grief, and his own struggles with mental health – unpacking his experiences by converting them into no-holds-barred lyrics. Creating genre-bending soundscapes by blending rock, trap, and pop with his distinct, alternative energy, Stay Over is based out of Cocoon Malibu an incubator and creative gathering place for the next-generation community of musicians, producers, directors, and visual artists and the brands that support them.
