P3rf3ct Strang3rs – the duo of Mexican DJ/Producer Paulina Rodriguez aka Paurro and New York vocalist/club booker Steven Klavier – are less strangers and more a match made in happenstance heaven. The two first met back in 2019 when Klavier, who has been booking some of NYC’s best clubs for many years, booked Paurro for her first event in the city. It was a fast friendship, and after years of swapping tracks, club stories and an adoration for emotive dance music it was only a matter of time before they combined their creative powers.
Finally, they are excited to announce their debut release, a 4-track, 12″ vinyl, ‘Run Away!’ due in full November 1st.

‘Run Away’ is remixed by celebrated DJ, producer, and Graded label head, Midland, who reworks the track into a racy percussive trip marked by wonky plucks and dubbed-out reverbs on the original’s striking vocals. Berghain residents Tama Sumo and Lakuti then step up to remix ‘Against!’ and drop the groove down low, infusing it with a sun-drenched melody and flipping the vocals into a fresh, gripping arrangement dripping in timeless House spirit.
