Synth-pop artist Beat Noir Deluxe shares new single and music video ‘Start Over Again’

After building a fresh and diverse catalogue of bouncing electronic gems over the last few years, including the recent breakthrough single ‘King Pawn Sacrifice’, singer-songwriter, composer, and producer Sascha G aka Beat Noir Deluxe has now returned to deliver his latest vibrant offering ‘Start Over Again’.

Channelling a broad mix of Depeche Mode-inspired grooves and his own fresh and dynamic flair for innovative aesthetics, ‘Start Over Again’ sees the artist in a renewed and adventurous guise. Filled with rich and shimmering electronic textures throughout, he stands as one of the more inventive names emerging on the scene right now.

Speaking about ‘Start Over Again’, he describes it as vocally very varied, the text is about the ending of relationships and the new beginning, which can be stressful if you are looking for stability up to the feeling of experiencing the same thing over and over again.”

Beat Noir Deluxe is an alternative electronic music project led by singer, songwriter/composer and producer Sascha G, based in Bolzano/Bozen in Italy. Beat Noir Deluxe has been alternatively labelled as a blend of synthpop, futurepop, dark wave, indie electronic, post-punk and trip-hop. With Beat Noir Deluxe, Sascha G. performs on drums, keyboards and guitar, as well as singing and arranging the songs with his Digital Audio Workstation.

He made his first musical steps in the 1990s when his fascination for analogue synthesisers and the new possibilities offered by electronic sound engines saw him participate in several alternative music projects. After a long break away from music, in 2019, Sascha G. decided to start creating music again and formed Beat Noir Deluxe. The decision was heavily influenced by a serious car crash two years prior in which he almost lost his life. Beat Noir Deluxe’s music blends loneliness and defiance with melodic tunes and lyrics that are mostly introspective, sometimes provocative and always asking for tolerance.
