Originally known for her work with the electro/soul group Pacific State under the alias ‘Berri Farley’, Amy swiftly gained recognition for her captivating vocals and evocative songwriting. Her early success included supporting Natacha Atlas on tour and earning accolades from esteemed sources like The Guardian and BBC Radio 6, with the former describing her as “stirring, tremulous, filling you up like the sunrise on your last morning, all release, all redemption”.

During the pandemic, Amy decided to delve deeper into her passion for songwriting. Previously she had crafted toplines for DJs and artists on prominent labels like Defected, Ultra, and Universal. Her exceptional writing skills earned her opportunities to contribute to major projects, including writing the title track ‘Ghost Town’ for Spanish boyband Auryn’s multi-platinum selling album, and the Grand Finalists song for The Voice Australia 2021.

Amy’s versatility as a songwriter then became even more apparent with her success in the world of sync. Her music has been featured in popular Netflix programs such as ‘Good Trouble’, ‘Selling Sunset’, ‘Love Is Blind’, ‘Si lo hubiera Sabido’.  Additionally, her songs have been used in advertising campaigns, including the Summer Campaign for JD Williams.

As Amy Swift gears up for her most significant year, yet as both an artist and songwriter, her track record speaks for itself.
