AndrewNorth & The Rangers debut their eclectic new standout single “Epiphone,” taken from their upcoming live album, Thanks for the Warning – Vol. 1, which releases on May 12.
Listen in here:
This is the first song from the ten-track LP which features highlights from the New Hampshire-based band’s live show in 2022. “Infinity Spinning” is a hypnotic blend of rock and jam band fusion. The song begins with a dreamy piano melody and intricate textures, setting the tone of the song and upcoming release right from the start. North’s vocals are delivered in a memorable way, which will have you coming back for more each and every time.
AndrewNorth shares of the release:
“We’re really excited to put this recording of Epiphone out because Jillian just crushes on it.” said bandleader Andrew North. “Having two saxophones has added so much to our sound, and we’re finding more and more ways to capitalize on that. It’s hard to believe that track was from her first show!” Baritone sax player Jillian “J Rock” Rorke joined the band in early 2022.”
No stranger to the scene, the band’s debut studio album, Phosphorescent Snack, was released to critical acclaim in 2021. In 2022 the group recruited 2 new members, and the lineup now consists of keyboardist Andrew North, drummer Dale Grant, saxophonists Rob O’Brien and Jillian Rorke, bassist Chip Spangler, and percussionist Randy Hunneyman.
Andrew North & the Rangers are excited to share the live version of “Infinity Spinning,” which quickly became a live staple following its debut in 2021. The album Thanks for the Warning – Vol. 1, is available for pre-order now.
