North Carolina-hailing songstress Arsena is well-versed in the art of anthemic productions. Following the development of an uplifting r&b-packed catalogue of sonic goodness, the rising songstress now seeks to uncover a more raw, direct style of storytelling. Armed with a new take on infectious r&b productions and of course her signature retro sound, Arsena now returns to the spotlight with ‘Do You’, effortlessly honing her natural ability to provide thought-provoking commentary on the world around her.

With previous thought-provoking releases like ‘Like A Fool’’ putting her name before a well-versed group of music fans, as well as a multitude of international performances under her belt, the unique talent maintains her zest for combatting real issues, while continuing to discover a pure means of translating and understanding her experiences.

Echoes of futuristic genres are packed with divine, feminine energy in her latest unique, laid-back production. As the songstress confronts some of the fundamental struggles that creatives face in this generation, she gives a powerful nod to the importance of speaking your truth, delving into the pressures of social media.

Arsena’s lyricism naturally veers towards a stream of consciousness, resembling conversations and battles within herself as she gradually creates a jigsaw of challenging musings. Supported by smooth, layered synths and a superbly rich topline; all in great anticipation of a euphonious chorus, electric guitar riffs and tantalising drum patterns add the finishing touches as the rising star injects deep contemplation and experience into all of her work.

Arsena as a concept embodies the idea of consistently being true to yourself, especially where challenges show up in unexpected ways. As Arsena continues to welcome additions of evergreen r&b to her catalogue; the multi-talented artist now seeks to unlock her most unapologetic, brave and bold self. The result? A multi-dimensional, exceedingly captivating release.

About Arsena

ARSENA is an independent recording artist with R&B and pop influences. Based out of Charlotte, NC, this multi-talented singer-songwriter is known for her star-quality and heartfelt tunes — think India Arie meets Alicia Keys with introspective lyrical content and music that infuses her multi-instrumentalist capabilities on guitar and piano.

Having released a number of EPs and albums, ARSENA has accomplished much touring as an independent artist. This list includes but is not limited to headlining international shows, an endorsement with Breedlove Guitars, and winning over hearts with a standing ovation from Michael Jordan at The Time Warner Cable (now known as Spectrum) Arena.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, ARSENA has impressed her way into the hearts of national and now international scenes. The Next Gig Europe says, “ARSENA is one of those artists who progresses step by step. For several years now she has regularly released excellent records and singles. What is constant is the beautiful voice of this soul / pop singer and the uncompromising songs.”

Her third full-length album, “Metamorphosis: The Evolution of Arsena”, produced by Stellar-Award winning singer-songwriter and musician, Curt Keyz, is scheduled to release in the Spring of 2023 with an album release concert at Middle C Jazz on May 2. ARSENA says the 12-song project is a celebration of womanhood, honesty, and finding a more authentic version of herself. It’s evident in songs like the break up anthem, “With or Without You”, the swooning lullaby, “I Don’t Know My Name”, & the upcoming single “Do You”.

ARSENA says her music is no longer an attempt to attract industry or executive attention. She’s taken her newfound confidence to Berklee College of Music where she is pursuing her Masters of Arts in Music Business studying ways to innovate the industry. She’s found her own lane and she invites her grassroots audience to meet her there.
