London-based DJ and producer Embody is back with new single “Story Of My Life” featuring Freddie Liljegren, out today via Ultra Music.

“Story Of My Life” starts off super strong, with powerful vocals entering immediately. This track is super catchy, combining interesting instrumentals and enticing word play. More of a chill track, the sound fits perfectly with the lyrics, which read “I been feeling low when I should feel high, Wrong when it should feel right, All my friends stay out all night, It’s the story of my life.” It brings forward a message of wanting to feel good, but instead feeling stuck and overthinking everything.
Prior to this new single, Embody released “No Time To Stress” back in March. Following two singles in early 2021, Embody brought a new energy to this electro-pop track. The collaboration features two young up-and-coming artists, German-singer Iggi Kelly, who was featured on The Voice Kids in 2017 and since has toured with British-pop act, Bars & Melody, and South London-based singer Louis III, whose 2018 hit “Anywhere” with Sigma has amassed over 65M streams on Spotify. This upbeat, energetic track set itself up to be a Summer staple.
Embody grew up in his native Lithuania listening to his Dad tinkering away playing jazz and blues in his studio… his passion for music was born. He taught himself how to play most instruments and began a journey which led him into a love affair with house and techno. Embody moved to London where he was dragged to a Rhianna concert and experienced his pop epiphany and has never looked back since. He debuted a self-released EP in 2014 and has now amassed over 100 million streams for his music. He has self-released 3 EP’s and has releases on Black Butter Records, Polydor, and Armada. In 2019, he signed a recording deal with Ultra Music and has since released some killer tracks, including “Fall In My Arms” with Love Harder, “Love Of You” with Brianna, “No Time To Stress” with Iggi Kelly and Louis III, and more.
