The sampler offers a fresh selection of standout house cuts that embody the ethos and sound of the two labels
Los Angeles, CA – Friday, March 20 – US powerhouse Factory 93 Records teams up with Amsterdam house favourites PIV for their ‘Factory 93 x PIV: Miami Sampler 2026’, set to release on 20th March. Following their well-received ADE 2025 sampler and joint events in both LA and Amsterdam, the two brands renew their transatlantic alliance ahead of Miami Music Week, unveiling a 14-track compilation featuring emerging and established talent. The VA also offers a preview of what to expect at their joint event at Floyd on 29th March, while spotlighting influential sounds that have shaped the sonic identity of the two imprints.

Anil Aras delivers a pumping Detroit-leaning cut to open the VA, perfectly tuned for the Factory Town dancefloor. On a skippy, groove-led tip, Josh Butler, Andrew Azara, Piem, Klaudie, Project89, and ANATTA keep the energy rolling with tight rhythms, while AAT and Aron Volta add weight and depth through dubbed-out textures. LIGHTLEAK, GIGSTA, and RAJE bring oscillating cosmic synths and heads-down late-night burners into the mix, before Christopher Ledger, m.O.N.R.O.E., and Thomas Garcia offer the sampler deep, swirling nods to the golden era of early 00s West Coast tech house.

ABOUT FACTORY 93 RECORDS
Factory 93 explores the intersection of untethered creativity and bold self-expression, while never taking its finger off the pulse of the underground. When Insomniac broke out its figurative bolt cutters to dismantle the lock on the warehouse scene and return to its roots, it retold the story of its origins in hosting historic parties in the streets of Los Angeles. It also gave birth to a movement where discerning heads are living on the frontlines of celebrating radical ideas through the fusion of immersive live art, cutting-edge technology, and exceptionally curated house and techno. That vision continues to hold the same ground, even as the brand has grown and extends beyond the Downtown Los Angeles warehouse district, where it was originally conceived. Whether it’s at an intimate warehouse space or on a festival dancefloor, Factory 93 manufactures moments that make this culture one we’re proud to call our own. Since launching its own dedicated label arm, the burgeoning imprint has opened its catalog to a head-turning list of established artists and rising talent, such as Alan Fitzpatrick, Victor Ruiz, Eli Brown, BEC, Avision, Josh Butler, Township Rebellion, OC & Verde, Oscar L, and many more.
