Gossip releases new single ‘Act Of God’

The new single ‘Act of God’ from their album “Real Power’ (prod. by Rick Rubin) harkens back to early Gossip in its unbridled energy. Sonically, the song is a throwback to Gossip’s punk roots but with a psychedelic Motown twist. Lead singer Beth Ditto says: “The funny thing is I don’t believe in God at all. It’s a metaphor: it’s a miracle that we get to make music together. Sheer gratitude at having survived. It’s about the music, and the emotion of being back together again.”
