I. JORDAN has remixed Tusks’ single ‘Adore’.The London-based songwriter and producer has enlisted the Doncaster-born artist, as well as TAAHLIAH and Sm^sher, for a series of remixes of tracks off her 2024 album ‘GOLD’. The next two edits will be shared at a later date.
“I love the way I. JORDAN has completely reimagined the track — they’ve injected so much energy and summer into it with such a nice balance of new and original elements”, Tusks said in a press statement. “I also really love how they’ve made ‘I lose myself in this again’ as the main hook rather than ‘Adore’, it feels like it’s shining a light on lesser heard elements in the original track.”
I. JORDAN added: “I was immediately taken by the original track and wanted to create something that preserved all the emotive elements. It’s a sort of heads down in the club, driving in your car at night, deep reflective sound that I’ve gone for. A chugging, emotion plucking, spine tingler for summer.”
