Jean-Michel Jarre has been confirmed as a guest of honour at the 30th edition of Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), taking place 21st to 25th October 2026.
The French electronic music pioneer is set to perform as part of ADE’s Opening Concert series at AFAS Live on 21st October, marking the 50th anniversary of his landmark album, ‘Oxygène’. The concert, presented by MOJO and Insomniac, will feature large-scale visuals and immersive stage design, continuing Jarre’s decades-long history of innovative live shows.
“Electronic music, as well as ADE, has a history, a legacy and a future,” Jarre shared. “The live show at ADE is going to celebrate its 30th anniversary, but also the 50th anniversary of ‘Oxygène’.”
“I have the ambition to keep the suspense and go from one track to another, into a different atmosphere, different stage design, mapping, giant projections and architectures of lights and videos, to share that moment that can stay in your heart and your brain for the rest of your lives,” he continued. “This is the reason I’m so happy to be part of this celebration in 2026.”
In addition to the performance, Jarre will participate in the ADE Pro conference, delivering an exclusive keynote on the evolution and future of electronic music. Other appearances from the artist are set to be announced in the coming months.
Tickets for ‘Oxygène & Beyond: A Sonic Journey Celebrating 30 Years of ADE’ go on sale 13th March 2026, with ADE Pro Early Bird passes available from 11th March.
