Caroyln Fahrner, the brainchild of Junebug shares:
“I wrote ‘Therapy’ shortly after graduating college, uncertain of what I wanted to do going forward. While the song feels distant from where I am considering I wrote it two years ago, I have a lot of empathy for this version of myself. I wrote this song as a confessional. It’s a brutally honest reflection of how I had been living my life – and at the same time, it’s commentary over my own tendency to overpathologize myself and think myself into a hole.”
Junebug, also known as Carolyn Fahrner, is currently working on an upcoming EP that is slate for release next month.
