Miami-born talent Justin Rabin is a relative newcomer with an inventive sound that fuses hip-hop vocals, Latin percussion, and stripped-back tech basslines. Just two years into his production journey, Rabin has already landed releases on respected labels including COCO, PNK Records, and Sound D’elite. Now, he levels up with a major label debut on Lee Foss’ renowned Repopulate Mars imprint with ‘ICY’.

Title cut ‘ICY’ sees Rabin work with fellow contemporary trailblazer Rello, whose high-energy sound has been picked up by FISHER, Jamie Jones and Vintage Culture. Together, the pair deliver a raucous cut loaded with fresh and future-facing drums, plunging basslines and plenty of edge. Streetwise rapped vocals bring swagger, while synth sparks and crisp hits ensure maximum impact in the club.
On the digital flip is ‘Materialistic’, a no-holds-barred collaboration with Nate Ash, a Los Angeles native and key player in the underground scene affiliated with SOSA’s Coco Beats. Designed for peak-time mayhem, ‘Materialistic’ oozes a cool tech funk with rubbery bass bumping beneath mischievous vocals full of braggadocio.
