Today, Life On Planets releases ‘Atlantis’, the second single off of his forthcoming Dreamcatcher EP, slated for release on TOKiMONSTA’s Young Art imprint on May 20, 2022.
‘Atlantis’ builds further upon Life’s tendency to seek the otherworldly in his lyricism, using mythology and fantasy to draw out his narrative. While his previous single ‘Altitude’ offered listeners a more lifestyle focused track with a trip to the club and back, ‘Atlantis’ looks towards the future as Life experiments by partying with the gods. “Ground shakin it’s a party, Neptune told me get Bacardi” provides a catchy hook as Life effortlessly demonstrates his staple combination of low-slung deep house with classic hip-hop beats.

Electrifying performances at events like Dirtybird Campinn, Brooklyn Made, and CRSSD have introduced Life On Planets’ mesmerizing mix of music and movement to audiences across the US. The release of ‘Atlantis’ follows Life’s most recent performances at The Do LaB stage and Soho Desert House party last weekend at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival continued to invigorate crowds with his inviting blend of R&B, hip hop, soul and house.
Prior to taking his talents back onto the stage, he released Nomad Lyfe, a two-sided EP featuring vocal led, energetic dance floor tracks in January 2022 on Walker & Royce’s Rules Don’t Apply imprint; and his King of the Block EP which debuted in February on Snakehips’ Never Worry label.
Dreamcatcher EP will be available on Young Art Records from May 20, 2022
