Los Angeles, CA – In the spirit of the holidays, platinum-selling electronic artist, violinist, and multi-talented entertainer Lindsey Stirling, alongside her own nonprofit charity outreach program, The Upside Fund, has partnered with Resolve Advocates to help alleviate medical debt for her fans. Resolve provides relief for overwhelmed patients by reviewing and negotiating medical bills to lower the amount they owe and help provide peace of mind. Stirling is bringing attention to Resolve and their resources and services to help educate people on what they can do, both individually and with Resolve’s support. PRESS HERE to watch a video chat between Lindsey and Resolve discussing the initiative and providing some helpful tips. PRESS HERE for more information or to apply for assistance. In addition, Stirling will be donating $50,000 from The Upside Fund directly to applicants for immediate assistance as well as other donations to various nonprofit organizations that help relieve vast amounts of medical debt. Since its launch in 2020 by StirlingThe Upside Fund, a project of Community Partners, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity, has raised over $200,000 to help those facing insurmountable medical debt and financial assistance with housing costs, bills, and living expenses as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Over the past few years, I’ve been running a holiday initiative to help people pay off some of their medical debts and through the generous donations of fans, we’ve made a huge difference in a lot of people’s lives,” shares Stirling. “This year, I wanted to find organizations that could amplify our efforts and help even more people that are struggling with medical debt. As I was doing my research, I discovered there are numerous ways to negotiate medical debt and organizations that provide both assistance and education. If you are in need of help, I encourage you to check out these services. If you’re able to give, please donate to help those struggling. Let’s do what we can to support one another this holiday season.”

“We’re excited and grateful to partner with Lindsey and The Upside Fund,” adds Braden Pan, CEO of Resolve Advocates. “Resolve was founded with the idea that ‘an ordinary medical bill shouldn’t bankrupt an ordinary American’ and we want to make sure everyone has the tools to lower their medical debt. We’re thankful for Lindsey and this opportunity to let people know that they’re not alone in this fight – there is help available.”
