Neil’s journey began in his earliest years, inspired by Mozart’s music played to him while still in the womb. By age six, he was astonishing instructors with his natural ability on the drums, quickly expanding his repertoire to include instruments such as the guzheng from China, the gadulka from Bulgaria, and the sitar from India. Today, he also sings in six languages, showcasing his diverse musical talents.
Neil’s impressive skills have led to appearances on major television programs, including the Jennifer Hudson Show and Good Morning America. On the Jennifer Hudson Show, Neil not only performed but also engaged Jennifer Hudson in playing some of his unique instruments. His segment on Good Morning America highlighted his extraordinary talents and personal story, filmed right here in Sacramento.
His accomplishments extend beyond television. Neil’s proactive marketing through his website has opened doors to numerous opportunities, including a feature in a Honda commercial and participation in the competitive GRAMMY Camp for musically-gifted high school students, where he delved into audio engineering at UCLA.
Looking to the future, Neil is preparing to launch his groundbreaking album “Breaking Barrier.” This album features a 10-minute piece where Neil plays 107 instruments acoustically, showcasing his unmatched versatility this year.
