Manchester-based artist Nickon Faith unveils his new imprint, Resonance Spectrum Records, launching 11th July 2025 with the ‘Love Colours’ EP, featuring a remix from Leeds’ Lisene. The title track unfolds with hypnotic grace, driven by a soft, trance-like pulse that builds into layers of soaring pads and intricate instrumentation, culminating in a wash of psychedelic euphoria. Up next, ‘Inner Thoughts’ brings a tougher edge, blending distorted flutes, celestial textures, and elegant aggression into a gripping slice of techno psychedelia, made for both clubs and open-air stages.
Lisene, known for his work with On Rotation and as one half of Space Cadets alongside Adam Pits, steps up for remix duties. His version of ‘Inner Thoughts’ drifts into broken beat territory – shimmering, soulful and spacious, with undulating rhythms and ethereal synthwork.
Active in the UK underground for over a decade, Nickon Faith is known for his blend of psychedelic atmospheres and driving grooves. He co-runs the Acid Faith event series with Acid James and has received support from BBC Radio, Rinse FM, and tastemakers like John Digweed. Resonance Spectrum Records now becomes the next step in his evolution.
