Sharing her thoughts on the new release, Pisceze explains “Dodging bullets is about falling in love with the right person at the wrong time… and how it destructs your vision about a person because you’re trying to force it to be real. I wanted to dive into the punk/rock genre because I grew up with this music.”
With sultry vocals swirling into an intricate, alt-rock-tinged soundscape, Pisceze allows for her celestial harmonies to cushion her every word and capture the depth of the song’s meaning.
Inspired by her Korean/Japanese heritage and western upbringing, Pisceze made her debut in 2019 with her R&B single “What’s Your Sign,” and has evolved through the ranks ever since. She draws inspiration for her timeless music from her life experiences. Common themes in her music encompass love, in all its forms, combined with bold textures and rhythms.
