Despite concerns for pedestrian safety, parking, and traffic, City Council members in Chanhassen, Minnesota have announced they will rezone Paisley Park, the Minnesota home/studio compound of legendary recording artist Prince, to permanently operate as a museum. The museum, which has already begun selling tickets for tours through December 2016 on its website, is expected to bring in 600,000 visitors every year.

In addition to self-guided tours, the new museum will offer Prince superfans the chance to enjoy a VIP experience featuring a guided tour with an expert guide through Prince’s personal recording and mixing studios, video editing suites, rehearsal rooms, concert hall, and his private NPG music club. The 100 minute VIP tour runs for $100 plus service fee.
