Spanish born, London based musician / producer Selbor is pleased to announce a brand new release with the arrival of ‘Lave In The Sky’, out 23rd September through Kitsuné Musique.
Channeling the best of French Touch and Daft Punk influences, ‘Lava In The Sky’ is a heady concoction of unfiltered club friendly basslines and emotive, rough and ready melodies. Selbor says: “I wrote Lava in the Sky the day that Daft Punk split up as a tribute to them. I’m a big fan of their music and just happened to be in the studio that day when we found out.”
Selbor’s eclectic sonic palette and his background as a music producer, singer and DJ produce a unique blend of electronic pop music that is both enticing and emotive. Taking inspiration from personal experience and explorations in love, nature and death, lyrics are an integral part of Selbor’s songwriting process.
