Filled with vibrant energy, it depicts infectious dancing and good vibes flowing from the neighbors on the city block. Hashian produced the video via husband Dwayne

Johnson’s Seven Bucks Productions, a multi-platform production company crossing all entertainment verticals, pioneering original, innovative content rooted in authenticity, strong storytelling, and passion. The cast and crew set out to make an inclusive video, encouraging every person to get up, get out, make your moves, and thrive in your passions and what moves you.

Said Hashian of the video, “It’s such a thrill now to not only be writing the music but also writing creative direction for our music videos together with Naz. It’s been especially amazing to put on the Producer’s hat for “Make Your Move” and help make the visual ideas we dreamed up in our minds come to life. The Reel Goats came on as Directors and they brought an incredible crew and captured the essence of the song perfectly. And if you can believe it, Naz was 2 months postpartum after having her first son, out there dancing and filming this video! She was unbelievable! Our babies and families were on set that day. It was joyously filmed on the Los Angeles, Universal Studios backlot in the streets of “New York City” with 70 cast/crew members. Working in a nostalgic, legendary location like that gives you the goosebumps when you step onto set and instantly feel the magic of being transported to the Big Apple. The dancers and performers were so impressive pouring out onto the streets of NYC. It felt theatrical, with each person adding their touch of swagger and humor. Naz is naturally an incredibly positive, vibrant and talented woman to be in the presence of! It was a vibrant day full of vibrant people, and I hope that energy makes everyone at home feel good and motivated to get up and dance and keep making their moves in their own lives, positively, every day!”

Tokio added, “It was such a magical moment to create this music video with my bestie Lauren, who happens to be the greatest producer and partner of all times, and to see it come to life 2 months after having my son and having him on set! I felt so empowered as a woman that we are ‘strong enough to bear the children then get back to business’ as Beyoncé would say! Ha. And the song is all about ‘losing yourself in that moment’ and going…chasing after and taking a chance on your dreams! Which is exactly what these amazing kids were doing and everyone on set! It was just a day of happy energetic vibes and wow moments!”

The video includes adorable cameos from Ata Johnson (Dwayne’s mother) and Lauren herself, as the roller skaters, graffiti artists, and even a skateboarding dinosaur celebrate the pure joy of freestyling with swagger, humor, and seasoned skill. The rhythmic “Make Your Move” was first released on July 8, when it was featured in the trailer campaign for Space Jam: A New Legacy (Warner Bros.).

“Make Your Move” is available now on all digital streaming platforms. Please find video credits at the end of this release.
