 About Sister Bliss (Faithless)
With All Blessed, their first studio album in 10 years, Faithless are back. Not that they ever really, properly went away. In 2015 the festival-headlining dance phenomenon released Faithless 2.0, a greatest hits-slash-remix album featuring contributions from the likes of Avicii, Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, Claptone and Bookashade. It was the latest jewel in a glittering, 25-year career encompassing seventeen top 40 singles, six Top 10 albums (three at number one), a Mercury Prize nomination and the four-times-platinum Forever Faithless – The Greatest Hits, the latter contributing to career-total album sales in excess of 15 million. No wonder the leading lights of the scene stepped up for Faithless 2.0. “That’s the sort of thing that invigorates a band,” says Sister Bliss. “As does going out on tour. The intensity of the Faithless 2.0 live show reconnected us with a lot of people.”
