Fresh from the release of the legendary duo’s latest album, Blaufield Music bosses Booka Shade keep the interpretations of their album tracks coming as they build on recent mixes from KASIA and LORRAINNE and welcome two new names to the label. Making their label debut, TAU bosses and Watergate regulars Adana Twins arrive off the back of their recent remix of CamelPhat and Rhodes, while London-based Innervisions and Kompakt talent Hardt Antoine also steps up for his first appearance on the label.
Crafting an epic and impactful journey around the original production’s striking vocals, Adana Twins’ warping take on ‘Push Me’ balances suspense and tension across a six-minute voyage through dark and light textures, while Hardt Antoine’s remix of ‘The Player’ builds into a rapturous crescendo of surging synths and spiralling leads above hefty basslines for a peak-time version set to make a significant impact.
