Aida Arko has launched her new label, ARK ANGEL, with its debut single, “Project Earth.”Built as a statement of intent and a first look at the imprint’s direction, the track folds hard-edged techno into trance, electro and hard dance, scaling it up with the kind of festival-sized charge that has become central to Arko’s sets.
The Iranian-born, Ibiza-based producer has spent years sharpening her sound across releases for Soma Records, Sacred Court, GEGEN Records and Techno Germany. Drawing on her Persian heritage and years spent in Vienna’s underground, her music pairs industrial force with dark, experimental sound design. “Project Earth” follows her pounding, laser-focused The Art of Rebirth EP, released through Techno Germany earlier this year, while opening a more independent chapter for her music.
