Aitor Astiz remixes Lego’s ‘El Ritmo De Verdad’

One of Ibiza’s most recognisable tracks, ‘El Ritmo De Verdad’ is remixed by Aitor Astiz on London label DFTD. Produced in 1999 by 20+ year Boom Boom Room resident Lego, the original track has since become a staple of Latin house and the White Isle through numerous samples and remixes over the years – notably by Dutch selector Franky Rizardo in the 2010s.

Now adding his signature techy energy to the iconic record, Aistor Astiz is a disciplined Spanish DJ and producer on the rise. His take on ‘El Ritmo De Verdad’ ups the ante considerably, giving the track a darker, harder sound designed to be heard across the world’s biggest dancefloors.
