Worldwide compilation series, mixed by everyone’s favourite Scottish-Italian duo, Alex Sonata & TheRio. On Anjunabeats Worldwide 11, Fraser Shaw and Riccardo Derio serve up an array of new originals and remixes alongside brand new tracks from some of the label’s most familiar faces.
On October 12, we headed up to Glasgow’s Poetry Club for the Worldwide 11 launch party to reveal one of the worst-kept secrets in Anjuna history… The *mystery* headliners at our sold-out event had clearly been guessed by some in attendance, who donned custom ‘Alex Sonata & The Rio’ t-shirts as they made their way through the crowd.
The duo’s incredible set was brought to life by the Anjunafamily, some of whom had travelled over 16 hours to hear the compilation for the very first time. Worldwide 11 includes belters like Alex Sonata & The Rio’s ‘Night Drive’, Tomas Heredia’s ‘Desire’ and Avenue One’s ‘Sky Falls’, alongside fan favourites like ‘Over Now’, ‘Other Eye’ and more.
