Bearface is back on his record label, Beartone Records, with a jazz-infused soulful house single.
Hailing from the UK, Bearface is a London-based jazz percussionist turned house music DJ and producer. His style combines deep pads and infectious basslines with live percussion and soothing vocal tones.

With over a decade of experience, Bearface is an accomplished producer whose music has previously earned him track of the week on prestigious radio station, Kiss FM. In addition to the many releases on his own record label, he has also featured on other imprints ranging from Roger Sanchez’s Stealth to Shir Khan’s Exploited.
Bearface’s tracks have also been licensed to the likes of Defected, and this standout single has all of the ingredients required for an underground summer anthem.
“Unity” is the solo track on the release, and it opens with saxophone flurries and Rhodes piano chords, before Amrit’s soothing feel-good vocals take control. Funky bass guitar and sweeping synth pads add to the uplifting vibe, while the flowing live percussion holds the groove steady.
Amrit’s soulful vocals sing of Chicago warehouse parties, and this track would have been perfect for Frankie Knuckles to drop at The Warehouse or The Muzic Box.
This single is taken from Beartone’s forthcoming album, which is due to drop later this year, and includes vocals by Grammy-nominated Joy Farrukh.
