The multi-faceted Ben Gomori joins forces with ballroom legend Kevin Aviance for a unique Faith release, ‘Get Off Your Phone!’, featuring a remix from Wade Teo. A producer, DJ, radio host and Monologues Records label boss, Ben Gomori has established himself as an electronic artist who can do it all, recently performing at London venues XOYO, Night Tales and Jumbi.
Ben is joined by a staple of the queer nightlife scene, Kevin Aviance, whose vocals from iconic vogue house track ‘Cunty’ were sampled in Beyonce’s Grammy award-winning album RENAISSANCE, with the artist more recently appearing on stage with Madonna on her world tour. Together the two unveil ‘Get Off Your Phone!’, an old skool-inspired house record spotlighting another memorable vocal from Kevin, complete with squelchy synths across the board. The package also contains a remix from Music Box and XOYO resident Wade Teo, with an irresistible bassline adding major club funk.
