It’s fair to say Biscits established himself as a one to watch in 2018 after enjoying success from his releases on Solotoko, Night Beast and Eton Messy. The Southampton born producer even made the top 100 selling tracks of the year on Beatport with his November release “Do It Like This” together with Sonny Fodera which received global support championed by Danny Howard, Pete Tong and Mistajam on BBC Radio 1.
“My mate Jay was visiting the UK from Australia, we have really similar tastes in music, we both love quirky ‘pervy’ House vocals, so we had a few drinks, cracked the microphone out in my friends kitchen and had a session! We got down a good few ideas, the best of which was Speakerphone. A ‘pervy’ monotone vocal talking about telephone stuff… It’s the absolute perfect tech house vocal.” – Biscits

She had the best assortment of biscuits ever and was very generous with them. Scotch finger (the chocolate coated ones of course)… Mint slice… Iced Vo-Vo’s… and last but not least… my absolute favs… Tim Tams… which I kid you not, I could eat a whole pack in an afternoon… easily.
The problem with this scenario was…..that while my parents no doubt loved the free babysitting option… they were very unimpressed by my lack of interest in – or ability to eat – dinner on any night I had visited my Nan’s house.
And so out came the threat of all threats… I heard it whilst eavesdropping my Mum talking to my Nan.
“He won’t eat his dinner… from now on… there will be no more BISCUITS!!!
My heart sank!!!!
Thinking about Tim Tam’s was what got me through school… I could taste them on my lips by mid morning and kept that taste close to me til’ I could get to my Nan’s where I could make it a reality.
Now what was I to do.
Well… fast forward to now… and while I still love Tim Tams… there’s a new guy in town and his name is BISCITS… minus the U yes… but plus the whole vibe his tunes bring to the dance floor… aka they are the m-funkin TIM TAM’s of the d-floor these tunes he makes.
And while he doesn’t have the time in the game that Tim Tam’s or even Mint Slices have… he really is notching up an impressive array of chart placements and favourites form everyone around him with releases on Solardo‘s Sola label, Sonny Fodera‘s Solotoko label and now….our beloved CLUB SWEAT.

And I feel like I’m back at my Nan’s.
