An explosion of uncompromising femme energy and dancefloor heft, the three-tracker marks the Amsterdam duo’s return to clubland following a health-induced hiatus. ‘Dancefloor Destroyers: Reboot’ is a reminder to cherish every moment spent dancing, swerving between groove-laden house and scorching, peak-time techno with added percussive flavours from the duo’s respective Caribbean and Middle Eastern heritage.
Things reach a fiery apex on B1 ‘Born2Werk’, which closes out the EP in a haze of jubilant synths, undulating basslines, and densely layered percussion.
“‘Born2Werk’ is a fireball of everything we held in during the past year and a half,” the duo shared. “It marks our official comeback after stepping away from music while Ty underwent a life-saving stem cell transplant to treat leukemia. For a long time, the studio was silent – but as she began to heal, we found our way back. This track was born from that return: explosive, emotional, and bursting with the energy we’ve been waiting to release. It’s us, reborn.”
