Romanian-born, Paris-based DJ/producer BOg makes his first appearance on OMRI.’s (pronounced OMRI dot) Collecting Dots Records to close July with his latest single ‘Floor To The Ceiling’, a peak-time cut built around tension, bounce, and an infectious vocal hook designed to take hold of the room and not let go.
The track drives via a chunky groove, with punchy drums and a bubbly bassline that pushes the track forward. At the centre, the hooky vocal becomes a rallying point, looping, rising, and snapping back into the beat as the energy builds. It’s direct, physical, and built for moments where the floor is already moving and is ready to erupt.
Shaped by influences spanning house, techno and indie dance, BOg’s productions move with intent, focused on building pressure and releasing it in waves. That is felt here, where the record feels like a controlled escalation.
