Braydon Terzo is based in Phoenix, Arizona and is well known for his output on labels such as Nervous, Nitecutz, and Muse. He brings a dark, glitchy take on tech house that has won favour from the likes of Chris Stussy, Mau P and Paco Osuna and taken him to the Top 5 on Beatport’s Top 100. Having just launched his new Roots label to critical acclaim with a #1 in the Beatport Minimal/Deep Tech charts, Terzo heads to Lee Foss’ Repopulate Mars imprint in collaboration with CHMPLOO and Julio Bravo on the ‘SNITCHES’ EP.

“When I started producing, around the COVID lockdowns, Lee and Repopulate Mars were among the first brands in the US that were still touring and throwing events and started my love for the clubby house scene, and now, a few years later, I get to release on this label. I’m excited about this EP because I get to showcase my dark sounds in collaboration with talented producers CHMPLOO and Julio Bravo to a completely new audience and platform than what we’re normally used to. First up, Terzo works with Spanish CUFF associate and hip-hop lover CHMPLOO on ‘SNITCHES’, a sizzling raw tech house track. The hits are diamond-tipped, while the bassline is sleazy and reverberating under distorted stabs and vocals with real rap attitude.
Then comes the raucous ‘1234’ with Argentinian DJ and producer Julio Bravo, who has credits on Muse and Moan. Together, they lay down deep minimal tech perfection where ramping basslines meet snappy hits. Screwy synths, watery droplets, chopped vocals and a futuristic bassline all make this a bumping cut for heads-down marching.
