Some songs seem to know exactly where they’re meant to end up. “Move” began as a vocal written with one dream in mind – to find its way to a trance producer who could bring it to life. After a series of chance encounters, festival meetings, and perfect timing, it eventually landed with Richard Durand, who wrapped it in soaring melodies and subtle melodic techno textures, giving Brittany Egbert’s heartfelt vocals the space to shine.
‘I wrote this vocal intending to place it with a trance artist who inspired me. A year later, after a chance meeting with Richard Durand and connecting with Arny Bink, everything came full circle. We wanted to create something powerful, memorable, and made for people to sing along to. Above all, we hope it gets people to move and to fall even deeper in love with dance music.’ Brittany Egbert
