Los Angeles, CA – Friday, July 31 – DJ and producer Bushbaby collabs with producer Danny P to mark their first appearance on Insomniac Records with brand new single, “Back To Funk,” a UKG track melding their shared affinity for old-school UK rave culture.
Brighton-based Bushbaby is completely locked into the pulse of the UK underground. The low-end specialist stays ahead of the curve in club culture through cutting-edge tracks blending elements of UK garage, house, and minimal.
Dublin native Danny P is one of Ireland’s fast-rising sensations, a producer on a hot streak of crowd-pleasing grooves combining speed garage, minimal tech, and modern rave influences.
Built around the enduring vocal hook from Ultramagnetic MC’s classic track, “Back To Funk” refreshes the iconic lyricism with rolling speed garage drums, warped basslines, shimmering textures, and undulating LFO leads, giving it a modern, minimal club edge.
Bushbaby is still riding high off his sophomore album ‘EVERY TIME‘ from 2025, with its standout single “Pumpin Jumpin” racking up more than 14M streams. He released music alongside Riordan earlier this year, and earned radio support from BBC Radio 1, Capital Dance and Kiss Fresh.
