Carlita is back on Ninja Tune with a new single, ‘See It As A Sign’, a collaboration with French producer and vocalist Myd.
A late-night dancefloor gem, the single pivots on playful, looping guitar licks, a warming deep house groove, and Myd’s effortlessly cool vocals.
Carlita’s last release on Ninja Tune was her debut album, ‘Sentimental’, a multi-genre album that combined classical influences with house music sensibilities, and featured collaborations with SG Lewis, Janet Planet and more.
Myd is one of the key figures central to the modern Ed Banger Records sound and has collaborated with everyone from Mac DeMarco to Palms Trax.
Carlita, who recently released a fabric presents mix, is currently in the midst of a three-month tour, including dates at Glastonbury Festival and UNUM Festival in Albania where she joins Dixon, Ricardo Villalobos, Seth Troxler and more on the line-up.
