Chris Lake and ATRIP’s long-teased ID is finally out in the wild. “Make You Fight” has landed on Black Book Records, and it’s already got plenty of mileage behind it.
The track has been popping off in both artists’ sets for months, from Brooklyn Storehouse to San Diego’s Waterfront Park, with fans chasing clips and trying to pin down the ID before it ever had a proper release. Built on a hypnotic vocal tag, big horn stabs, and that sweaty peak-time pressure, “Make You Fight” hits like the kind of record made to crack open the middle of a packed room.
For Chris Lake, it follows the massive run around his debut album Chemistry. For ATRIP, a member of the Beatport Next Class of 2026, it keeps a serious breakout year moving after sets at Outside Lands, ARC Festival, Glastonbury, and a major North American tour.
