Inspired by the sounds of Sam Cooke and Curtis Mayfield, CHRISTIAN PAUL has always had a soulful, artistic sparkle inside of him. At the age of four, CHRISTIAN PAUL was gifted his first drum set. Since then, he has taught himself the drums, piano and guitar. In addition to Cooke and Mayfield, both of whom his father exposed him to at an early age, CHRISTIAN PAUL derives much of his musical influence from Maxwell, D’Angelo and Prince.
At the age of 19 and recently signed to 12 Tone Music Group, CHRISTIAN PAUL released his introductory track, “When Love Don’t Love You Back”, to rave reviews and excitement. He is now following that with his first official single release, “Strong” and, in June of 2019, CHRISTIAN PAUL will release a six song self-titled E.P.
His music drips with soul and blends with his natural artistry for genuine story-telling mixed with a mature vulnerability truly setting him apart from other musicians of any age.
