SG Lewis and MEUTE Play Surprise Sets at the Do LaB Stage at Coachella on Saturday, April 16th

SG Lewis Set To Make Anticipated Lightning in a Bottle Appearance, May 25-30 in Buena Vista Lake, CA

Do LaB, creators of Lighting In A Bottle and Coachella’s most immersive stage, played host to some highly anticipated surprise guests yesterday, Saturday, April 16th. 11-piece techno marching band MEUTE made an appearance as the first surprise, with their expressive brass band music and unique style of techno. A dazzling DJ Set followed by English crossover talent SG Lewis, playing three hours of atmospheric disco, house, and all around feel-good vibes to round out the second night of Coachella.

More surprise guests during the day included renowned pop star Rebecca Black, bringing out some friends during her Do LaB DJ Set. This included major guests like the empowering face of bounce music Big Freedia, songwriter and bass playing prodigy Blu DeTiger, pop singer and songwriter Slayyyter, and more.

These surprise artists joined other previously announced Saturday weekend one acts like classic house and rave duo Prospa, rising star and emergent Dirtybird favorite Nala, versatile twin brother duo Major League DJz, fashionable twin sister DJ & producer duo Coco & Breezy, and electronic R&B and soul singer-songwriter Life on Planets.

The thrilling and interactive Do LaB experience at Coachella is another example of what the brand has in store for this year, including the return of their premiere multifaceted boutique festival Lightning in a Bottle. The five day experience fuses a forward-thinking musical lineup, immersive art installations, and cause-driven educational yoga and art programming within a sprawling lakeside venue in beautiful Buena Vista Lake, California.

Do LaB surprise performer SG Lewis is among a slate of Lightning in a Bottle’s 2022 musical programming that includes other marquee genre-crossing names such as Glass Animals, Kaytranada, GRiZ, Big Wild, CloZee, Ekali, G Jones b2b Eprom, GoldLink, Black Coffee, Four Tet, Seth Troxler, Maya Jane Coles, Jon Hopkins, and more.
