DAFT PUNK™ is making its way into the LEGO® Universe!

Two LEGO figurines with helmets, illuminated by a glowing red light, are facing a digital landscape designed in a grid pattern.

Daft Punk’s pyramid is getting the LEGO treatment. The duo and the Danish toymaker have confirmed a partnership, with a set based on the Alive 2007 stage now in development.

It started at home. During lockdown, Luxembourg’s Patrick Harboun and his son built their own version of the pyramid. Their design won the LEGO Ideas Music to Our Ears challenge in 2020 and later picked up 10,000 supporters on the platform. That family project is now becoming an official set.

Fans got a clue on October 21, when a red LEGO brick appeared in a final transmission on Daft Punk’s WDPK 83.7 channel. The announcement includes a film scored by “Voyager” and “Human After All,” following the robots, now minifigures, to a brick-built console.

“The pyramid stage is one of the most recognizable expressions of Daft Punk’s visual world,” says the duo’s creative director, Cédric Hervet.

The partnership also covers content and events, with more news promised in 2027. As for the set itself, the announcement confirms it’s going ahead but leaves the price, release date, and final design details for later.

LEGO isn’t the only kind of play on Daft Punk’s radar lately. Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo also produced Travis Scott’s recently revealed “RHYNO” for the Grand Theft Auto VI soundtrack – a little something to put on while you build.
