TSHA welcomes London-based DJ, producer, and vinyl aficionado Daisybelle to her Jackfruit imprint with ‘Get It Right / Party All Night Long’, landing May 15.
Opening cut ‘Get It Right’ bursts to life with a heady blend of sultry vox and effervescent synth work that immediately locks in the groove. When the drop lands, nimble basslines inject extra bounce, while bright chords and chopped vocals deliver an undeniable dancefloor hook. On ‘Party All Night Long’, a sensuous vocal glides across a bed of jacked-up, pumping drums. The track unfolds with retro stabs, vocal yelps and percussive flair colliding in all the right ways, engineered to keep bodies locked in until the lights come up.
Puerto Rico-via-London artist Daisybelle has carved out a distinctive voice in the underground in recent years, blending 80s and 90s sounds with a modern club sensibility. Her output on Nervous Records, Razor-N-Tape, and HE.SHE.THEY, alongsidesets at institutions such as fabric, Hï Ibiza, and We Out Here,position her as an artist fully tapped into contemporary club culture.A dedicated vinyl selector at heart, she is also known for all-vinyl sets at cult listening spaces like Brilliant Corners and BBE Store.
