A decorated British producer and DJ known under many names – most famously Joey Negro, which he dropped 5 years ago – Dave Lee is one of the world’s premier disco and house exponents. A bona fide nightlife stalwart, Mr. Lee has produced and remixed for the world’s biggest artists including Bob Marley, Take That, Diana Ross, Grace Jones as well as more contemporary acts like Chromeo and Jungle.
This is while also playing at the very best clubs around the world, including several appearances at Glitterbox’s Hï Ibiza residency this summer. For his latest funk-fuelled disco stomper, Dave Lee enlists the help of legendary Chicago vocalist Shawn Christopher who delivers a high-octane chorus hook, showcasing her powerful sound that has earned her the status of house music royalty, with fellow Windy City native Black Widow accentuating the record’s positive message of inclusivity and acceptance.
