David Guetta returns to FFRR / Warner Music with brand-new dancefloor smash ‘Family Affair (Dance For Me)’

Musical visionary David Guetta returns with new single ‘Family Affair (Dance For Me)’, out today on FFRR / Warner Music.


The certified tech house stomper features a throwback vocal, tying the track to Guetta’s early music roots and capturing the essence of Mary J Blige’s classic of the same name. ‘Family Affair (Dance For Me)’ is destined to make an impact on nightclubs, dancefloors and festivals all over the world. 

It follows the release of the ‘Crazy What Love Can Do’ remix package, which featured innovative reworks from the likes of David Guetta & James HypeÖwnboss and A7S. A certified smash that has already surpassed 100 million global streams, the original is currently sitting at #8 in the UK ‘Top 20’, after reaching #2 and #6 on the iTunes UK and Global iTunes charts respectively. The single internationally has also achieved 143 million global streams, while sitting #5 at European radio and #1 at dance radio in the US.

Over the last year Guetta has also dropped an impressive collection of smash hits in both the pop and dance worlds including ‘BED’ with Joel Corry and RAYE, and a mammoth remix of Shouse’ ‘Love Tonight’, tracks that have amassed over 550 million combined global  streams.

The only DJ to have two residencies in Ibiza this season, the legendary ‘F*** Me I’m Famous’ party is underway on Mondays at Ushuaïa, with Future Rave with MORTEN taking place on Fridays at  – fresh off the back of a sold out US tour. Just this week Guetta performed the biggest B2B set of his career with special guest Armin Van Buuren, and over the coming months will perform at the world’s biggest festivals including Creamfields and Lollapallooza.

Musical trailblazer David Guetta is an international icon. Receiving his 10th GRAMMY nomination in 2021 for ‘Hero’, his collaboration with Afrojack, Guetta was also nominated for 3 Brit Awards, voted the world’s best DJ in the coveted DJ Mag ‘Top 100’ poll and the best electronic artist at the MTV Europe Music Awards, both for the second year running, capping off another incredible year for the dance music visionary. He also won ‘Dance Act of the Year’ award at this year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards.

Maintaining an epic level of quality for his live streams during the pandemic and lockdown, he hosted his iconic United At Home series, a number of unforgettable concerts from Paris’ Louvre Museum, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the Icon Brickell in Miami, and atop the Rockefeller Center, raising $2 million in donations for numerous charities. To round off an impressive first quarter of the year he has just released new single ‘What Would You Do’ with Joel Corry and a new Jack Back offering, ‘Feeling’.

Despite the global challenges of the last couple of years there has never been a dull moment, with him scoring a global hit with ‘Heartbreak Anthem’ alongside Little Mix and Galantis and other smashes including ‘If You Really Love Me’, ‘Bed’ with Joel Corry, and ‘Remember’ with Becky Hill, sending him to #9 most streamed artists on Spotify globally. He also released a 2021 remix of his classic ‘Memories’ after it unexpectedly went viral on Tik Tok and turned his hand to an official remix of the global Coldplay and BTS smash, ‘My Universe’.

A master creative across genres, Guetta has gone from strength to strength with his underground-focused Future Rave project alongside Morten, releasing the atmospheric ‘Permanence’ as his first single of 2022.
