The partnership came together after Koyu shared an early sketch with Skils, who was immediately drawn to its acid-driven hook. The pair developed the idea into a peak-time cut that balances jacking grooves, dark vocal motifs and a relentless sense of momentum.
The track has already featured in several key sets from Skils this year, including Drumcode Mallorca, the label’s Miami Music Week showcase at Factory Town, and his recent 10-hour session at Thuishaven.
For Koyu, the release marks a debut on the label and a new chapter in his evolving sound. For Skils, it continues a productive run of releases in 2026 following his collaboration with Weska, ‘For The Music’, alongside appearances at major events including Awakenings, Loveland and Drumcode’s 30th anniversary celebration in Bogotá.
