The club ready, tech laden, house banger ‘Goodies’ combines a sultry lead vocal laced over a filtered bassline, driving a sub-bass heavy kick with clever vocal chops and quirky sound FX; all adding up to a bona fide dancefloor belter this spring.
Ciara’s original version of the track spent seven weeks at number 1 on the US Billboard charts and knocked Elvis off the number 1 spot in the UK charts. ‘Goodies’ is truly a bonafide 00s hit, and DJ YUKI & FUSE take it to a whole new level with fresh house vibes.
Here to change the face of commercial dance music, DJ-Producer DJ YUKI brings a fresh sound and adds to her ever evolving talents with a string of feel-good releases. ‘Goodies’ follows smash launch singles ‘Weekend Love’ with Dante Klein and House Gospel Choir’s Laura Davie and ‘Told You’, both gaining her Spotify editorial and covers. These add to her international DJ success, following multiple tour dates including playing to a crowd of over 1 million people at London Pride, plus bootleg remixes of Tiwa Savage’s ‘Dangerous Love’ and Rema’s ‘Woman’, which have so far seen her Soundcloud plays surpass 250k. It’s no surprise that MTV hailed her as ‘Perfect for catching those weekend party vibes”.
Still relatively new to the dance scene FUSE are already gaining strides in the industry with their previous release of ‘All of You’, achieving over 3.5 million streams globally and support from the likes of James Hype and Joel Corry on KISS FM, Data Transmission, Judge Jules and the Bingo Players, and ‘What I Like (feat. Mila Falls)’, going straight in on Spotify editorial lists like All Night Dance Party and Dance Revolution. The duo also remixed ‘Sorry’ by Joel Corry, which was one of the biggest records of the summer of 2019 along with Simon Field’s ‘Shake The Tree’, which has streamed over 1.5 million streams so far.
