‘In The Dark’ is Drove and Janee’s take on a happy/sad dance song. The lyrics tell a story of being on the verge of losing someone close to you by growing apart.
Both being fans of each other’s music, Drove and Janee reached out to each other beginning of last year and started sending demos back and forth. When Janee sent through the demo of what eventually turned into ‘In The Dark’, Drove got inspired instantly and jumped on the track. Despite being able to only work on the track remotely, Drove and Janee finished the song in no time and are now ready to share it with everyone.
