Experimental Bass’ fan-favorites EAZYBAKED (Orlando, FL) have long conjured a vibe of curiosity and free flowing expression – offering America’s grassroots electronic scene reliably fun and relatable characters. Now, the duo of Eric Ray and Andrew Principe are ready to set a new standard for their artistry. This past week, the duo officially announced ‘INTERTWINED’, the debut LP of the EAZYBAKED project. The album is out March 4th, and will receive its second single release next Tuesday (1/18).

Quote from EAZYBAKED:
“This project conveys more depth and emotion than some might expect from us. We wanted to step outside of our comfort zone and express different styles that we normally wouldn’t. One of our main goals was to step away from our typical genre, or any genre, and what’s expected from us.”
On Jan 18th, the duo will roll out its second album single, their widely clamored for festival ID, “Simulated.” The track revisits the familiar and frenetic energy EAZYBAKED have become widely known for. This long-awaited ID conjures warping and magnetic basslines – and is primed to send crowds into a frenzy this festival season.
The track follows the albums first single, “Letting Go,” their only release of 2021. The 4+ minute track debuted a wondrous soundscape, and provides a stark new direction from the duo.

Eric Ray and Andrew Principe’s bond dates back to childhood playgrounds. Following their discovery of DAWs in highschool, the two began making beats together daily under the monikers ‘EAZY’ and ‘Mr. Baked.’ Recognizing their chemistry and ability to cocreate, Principe and Ray joined forces as one to become EAZYBAKED Read the Full Bio Here
To date, the duo has been booked for eclectic venues such as Red Rocks, performed high-profile festival sets at EDC Orlando and Okeechobee Music Festival, and picked for support by heavyweight electronic acts like GRiZ, Subtronics, Jantsen and EPROM. The duo has released on labels such as WAKAAN (“Vessel”/”Bandzzz”) and Cyclops (“Killjoy”), but has found consistent support for its plethora of self-released music. Following their performance at Okeechobee in 2020, the global pandemic and birth of Principe’s child inspired the duo to expand their artistic horizons. The single artwork is designed by none other than Renee King, acclaimed for her design work as Rukucustoms.
Quote from EAZYBAKED:
“What mostly inspired this project was change and growth. We basically wrote the entirety of the album during quarantine, besides a couple of tracks from the previous year that we knew were meant to be on a project together. It just felt like time to expand our horizons and write a project that’s unlike anything we’ve done before. We didn’t know how big it was going to be at first, we just knew we had a lot to express and that’s exactly what we did.”
